Volunteers Needed for Kells Credit Union
31 January, 2024St Colmcilles (Kells) Credit Union is a vibrant, growing and Community focused organisation and we are currently looking for volunteers to help us continue our journey and join our team.
There are a number of great reasons to become a Volunteer with St Colmcilles (Kells) such as Giving back to your community, Learning new skills through training, working and making decisions as part of a team, Understanding how a credit unions works and enhancing your career prospects through networking.
We are looking for new volunteers to come and join our committees – these committees make key decisions and are an integral role in the credit union and if you feel you could contribute your time, skills and expertise to benefit the members of St Colmcilles (Kells) Credit Union, we can help match you up with a committee of interest to you where you can gain professional experience.
Volunteering at St Colmcilles (Kells) Credit Union can give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in areas of management, directorship whilst building lifelong connections, work on teams with like-minded people and the personal feeling of giving back to your community.
We have recently extended our common bond to Carlanstown, Moynalty and Mullagh and would also welcome applicants from anyone who is interested from these areas.

Please Note – Under our legal obligations as a Credit Union, we must appoint volunteers to specific roles in order to ensure we meet our governance requirements. Without our volunteers, we cannot operate our Credit Union, thus it is of equal importance to our members and to our Credit Union as a whole that we continue to recruit volunteers.
