Phone a Loan

By | News

In some cases we can now take loan applications over the telephone. Once you phone us, our Loan Officer will establish whether you are suitable for this facility on the telephone call with you.

This means getting a loan from Kells Credit Union could mean only 1 visit to our office for you.

The one visit is required to sign documentation and to draw down the loan itself.

If you are thinking about applying for a loan with us, pick up the phone and select Loan Queries, speak to a Loans Officer and advise them you would like to apply over the phone for a loan.

We will ask you a series of questions to determine whether you are suitable for the Phone a Loan service.

You will be required to provide certain documentation for the loan application, the likes of payslips and bank statements for example, these can be emailed to us, and our Loan Officer will advise you of the email address on the telephone call.

First time loan applicants, unfortunately, will not be able to avail of this new service.

Terms and Conditions will apply. St. Colmcille’s (Kells) Credit Union Ltd are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
To speak to one of our dedicated Loan Officers, call us on (046) 924 0299 to make your application!
